You need both pieces: the server on the PC that does the mixing, and the app on every phone that sends audio.

Android 9 or laterTurns the phone into an audio input: scan the server QR, pick a microphone and start streaming.
How a phone joins the mix
With an empty desk the console shows a code. The phone scans it and its channel appears on its own, named after the device model.

What the mixing machine needs
On congested 2.4 GHz networks latency can rise above 30 ms. Use 5 GHz whenever you can.
